New paving began yesterday with the completion of 2nd Street. Phase 1 paving will continue over the next week with the main pour of 3rd Street from Hickory to Greene occurring next Monday or Tuesday. Please remember to stay off the paving and follow all traffic control so that the concrete can cure/strengt

hen properly with no damage.
